The Vine Neighborhood is always trying to meet new residents and property owners to become members. The association is here to work for you and your needs. Membership is FREE!! If you live, work, or own property you can become a member. Becoming a member has many great benefits, including the opportunity to join Citizens Credit Union and receiving advance notice on upcoming free events.
